Welcome to OMO Technology. By accessing or using our Autonomous AI Logistics & Digital Routing Core ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an entity, you represent you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Provision of Service

We provide decentralized node task distribution. We aim for 99.9% uptime of the infrastructure base core, but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service due to the decentralized nature of validated nodes.

3. Token Allocation and Use

Users must initialize Token Space for operational use. Tokens are utility assets used to settle gas node capital accounts and fulfill processing manifests. Tokens are non-transferable outside the OMO ecosystem.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of system passphrases and for all activities occurring under their account credentials. Operational demands must comply with local and international regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMO Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of autonomous distribution pipelines.

At OMO Technology, we strive to ensure SLA accountability and fair pricing for our Autonomous Task Distribution Pipelines. This policy outlines our pro-rata refund calculations and cancellation terms.

1. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation

Refunds are calculated on a strictly pro-rata (proportional) basis depending on your unconsumed Token Space balance and active cluster node allocation time:

• Unused Tokens: Unconsumed token balances will be evaluated and refunded based on the remaining proportion of your initialized allocation tier.
• Consumed Resources: Computational node time and processed task proofs generated up to the moment of cancellation approval are non-refundable.

If you encounter exceptional technical issues, unexpected outages, or specialized account disputes, please contact our Customer Support team immediately:

• Email Support: Send your inquiry along with your Enterprise Entity Title to omotechnologyltd@outlook.com.
• Support Portal: Use the floating submission portal (bottom-right icon) to outline your specific conditions for manual engineer review.

3. Cancellation & Processing Timelines

Cancellation requests are processed within 72 business hours. Approved pro-rata refunds will be settled back to the original settlement gateway provider within 14 business days.

OMO Technology operates on a transparent, utility-token-based pricing structure. Costs are strictly associated with the initialization of Token Space and the settlement of decentralized gas node capital accounts.

1. Exchange Rate Reference

While costs are fundamentally calculated in Dollars for global node consistency, all settlements are converted to Nigerian Naira (NGN). We utilize a fixed reference rate to ensure billing stability. Current Reference Rate: 1 USD = 1,500 NGN.
